What was I Thinking??

I laid in bed until 4:30 then I asked myself (yes folks -sometimes I talk to myself) "what am laying here for?" I've already been awake for at least a half an hour. It seems I work harder in my dreams than in real life lately. Last night I was packing (again!)
and I don't know where I'm going!  But I was packing none the less ... and packing and packing box after box after box!!!  Argh ... enough already!
I don't know what's going on; but Thom and I have both been dreaming about moving again. Although we both love our house - neither of us has ever felt at home here. I just wonder what this is all about, seeing how neither of us knows where we want to end up ~ other than heaven. And we're not quite ready for that trip yet!  And just the thought of selling stuff and moving has me totally exhausted!

Interesting. Your mind seems to be trying to work something out. Maybe it's not a literal move but something else that's been on your mind? As in, it's time to move on?

Come on Sis, you know what's egging the two of you onward. You want to be closer to your Grandloves again. So, pack your stuff and carry on south or from one Falls to another Falls...it's our Good Lord telling you that it's time to come closer to All your family. I know a couple cute places in the country you could try!
See ya soon!

My thought is that if I can't take it with me, I'm not gonna go!

So instead of laying there tossing and turning ... get up and pack those boxes. Just a thought. I think it's time for a change and your subconscious is telling you so.

Okay, I have this idea. Look for a 38 to 45 foot diesel pusher motor home. have a huge yard sale, bless the Starvation Army with what is left. Sell the house. Crank that diesel up and live anywhere your heart desires.
Yeah, I know it is not for everyone. But it beats packing every couple years. hahaha. And you never have to pack a suitcase to go on vacation, just point the sucker the direction you want to go. (HInt Bill & Darla have a great place to boon dock at the cabin!) Just thinking out loud.

Nah, go back to sleep and unpack boxes.

Love from NOrth Carolina.

MyOhMy! Cher, there is nothing like moving to wear one down to the nub! I've moved so many many times in my life - and I hope to never have to move again - unless it is like Jack suggested (to sell the house and bless the poor with what's left after the yard sale) then get into that motor home and spend my days on the road. So - you see - it's not the moving that tires one. It's the packing and lifting and moving of boxes and furniture and then un-packing and setting up again.

That is so interesting! I rarely remember any dreams, hubby dreams all the time and tells me about them the next morning.
