I love old bowls ~ they
remind me of my Grandmothers.
These are a few of the old bowls I’ve collected that trigger
some wonderful memories.
This picture reminds me so much of my Dad’s Mom.

These are such endearing pictures. Your Aunt Loraine reminds me of myself in Jr. High. I had an outfit exactly like that I wore in a singing group I was in. However, I can't imagine wearing heels that high. At my height, I towered over the boys and stuck to flats. : ] Thanks for sharing these. I also like that our gramma's always wore those aprons.

That very picture of Grandma Lucy came to mind while I read this...sweet, sweet, sweet and could she cook and bake. Poppyseed, Prune, Apple or Almond Kuchens comes to mind~every Christmas.

I love it when something triggers memories and the nostalgic loving feeling sets in. I had that happen with seashells recently. It's a nice experience. I've really enjoyed your warm thoughts and memories of your Grands. :)
