Strolling the Boardwalk

Yesterday we took a stroll down to the
river board walk.

As you can see the boardwalk is slightly tipping
due to the frost heaves as the
ground is warming up.

The ice is almost gone!

I just love our old bridge and the old fashioned
lamposts that line the bridge and streets.

What a beautiful area. I hope you post some shots of the same spots when everything turns green.

SAM AGAIN HERE, I BET YOUR DAD COULD HAVE TAUGHT ME A LOT OF TRICKS IN WOODWORK.

I ENJOYED BEING IN THE WORKSHOP. MADE LOTS OF MINIATURES OF WOOD AND SOLD TO THE WOOD CRAFT SHOP AT SILVER DOLLAR CITY THERE NEAR BRANSON MISSOURI.
I LIVED AT SPRINGFIELD NEARBY QUITE A FEW YEARS. sam

Beautiful shots. Isn't it great to see the ice melting? We still have a little here in Ontario but a few ponds are now clear. Nice shadows on the boardwalk!
