Okay people
 the time has come ~
lets all think

Thank You!

SnowDay

Hand feeding the birds!

Heavy Snowfall

New insulation layer of snow!

8 new inches accumulated

on our bare deck

Snowman

... now tell me, isn't this the cutest snowman?  I think this is the neatest idea. I hope we have some 'packy' snow while we are visiting our Grand loves over Christmas.  I think they would get a kick out of watching Grandma making a snowman ~ let alone an upside down one!  And snow angels, can't wait!  Pictures to follow, weather permitting!

It's snowing! It's SNOWING!

Green Gate Garden put to rest

or as Thom likes to call it -

his cemetary for people that pissed him off!

Just kidding!!!

End of Summer Chores

The end of summer means

bringing in some of the plants

we hope to keep going

until next spring.

 and herbs

and the rack to hold them

 and sorting through

tomatoes and plums

and doing yet another batch of canning

once you thought you were done

who would have thought we still

had that many vegetables left ?!

Cousins enjoying the Fourth of July

Busy Busy

Spring's Here ~ or so they say!

Scrapped by CherShots

Well they say Spring is here!

~ and a week ago I would

have believed you ~

we had unseasonably WARM weather

BUT now that SPRING is

officially here

we are ""Chill'n'"" in the 20's again

with a whisp of snow

wafting in the air.

Brrr...
