Yes, Cher! I do love the beauty of seed packets. I love planting things and watching them grow.
Thanks for the nice words on my blog about our friendship with you and your sisters, which does seem very strong although we have never met in person. Y'all (that's a southern word for "all of you") seem like our kind of people!!!
I do love the vintage seed packets! They were beautiful pieces of artwork. I'm getting ready to start some seeds now. I'm just having a little bit of a hard time getting in the mood with the cold weather hanging around, but we have more daylight than dark so I know I have to get motivated. Time to change my mindframe from winter to spring!
Thanks for visiting my blog and your lovely comments. You are absolutely right that seeing photos of the ice sculptures can't compare to being there and seeing them in person. It is a bit warmer though! And the nice thing about the photos is I can look back at my favorites over the years and still enjoy them long after they are melted.

really pretty. framable art.
Love the seed packets, but that is as far as I am going. I do like to follow your garden in the process of maturing when the weather breaks.
Love to you from down here,
Sherry & Jack
Does this mean you are also planting heirloom seeds this year? I'm giving it a go. Can't wait.

The seed packets are individual works of art. Very pretty.
I liked it when you could get them for a quarter and got a quarter pound of seed!

They should make the seed packets like that again, don't you think? Very cool!
