Okay, so here's my dilema - I want to show you pictures of my before and after shots - you know, just like on the T.V. show The Biggest Loser - but for the past thirty some years all I have are
BEFORE pics. But the good news is that I'm thinking about my new exercise program ~ I'm up to thinking about it at least three times a day!
Alrighty then, so maybe I'm not quite that BIG and I'm certainly not that
skinny but I'd settle to be the perfect "in-be-tweener" version. Oh yah, I amost forgot to mention that I've actually started the treadmill thing ... so I'm on my way!

As I lay, stand, walk, mop the floors, watch TV, lay some more, I too, 'thought' about the exercise I need....rough night.
I hate the thought of getting one foot in front of the other, in winter. Maybe I will tackle the snow and ice today.

You're funny! Just thinkin bout it got you, eh? ☻ When I hear people talking about all these resolutions to lose weight I normally say, "Change the subject, please!" Anyway, I want to see the "after the treadmill pictures!
Fred, I quite making resolutions years ago but for my health's sake I realize I need to do something. I'm happy to say that I was able to lose 15 pounds last year and its still off :) When I get to the "after" stage - believe me - I will be sure to post it! LOL
Oh ho! just wanted to warn you, Sister Shirl, the one who is actually my sister, gets her exercise by taking the clothes she hangs on the tread mill off and moves it to another room and rehangs the clothes. THAT IS NOT EXERCISE!!!
HA! Go ahead get the weight down to the in-between-er size and publish the pics.
We have dropped 1 lb. and hopw to drop 9 more. WE B happy with that!!!! IF WE CAN FOLLOW THROUGH!!!!

I'm visiting all these blogs and everyone is exercising and walking and losing weight ~ I'm not. I'm still just as lazy and heavy as I was last year. I just can't seem to find my ambition button.
Yes, yes, yes! Get out and exercise. You will feel so much better.

Good luck! I truly do understand what you are going thru. We'd been getting a lot of walking and stair climbing in till the weather turned so nasty down here. We went for a mile walk the other day and it felt good to get out and stretch!
